St. Andrew Lutheran Church
 Arvada, Colorado

A service of Holy Closure was held on
Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Thank you for visiting the St. Andrew website. After 65 years of ministry, the St. Andrew church family made the difficult and yet faithful decision to close its doors. The process, called Holy Closure, was a journey of moving from the  sadness of closing into a sense of excitement and anticipation for what God is calling us to do next.

Former St. Andrew members have moved on to several other faith communities. Some are worshipping at Advent Lutheran in Westminster, some are at Hope Lutheran in Broomfield, some are at Holy Cross in Wheat Ridge and still others, along with the Healing Arts Center, are at King of Glory in Arvada. We bring to these communities the light of God's love that is within each of us. And as a congregation we have left a rich legacy of service and ministry.

The property has been sold to the Arvada Fire Department and will be redeveloped for a neighborhood fire station. Questions about St. Andrew, its ministry, legacy or members can be directed to the Rocky Mountain Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Peace be with you.
