Please join us for the evening service with your friends and family!
Sunday Afternoon Yoga St. Andrew is excited to host Sunday afternoon yoga with Ruth. Join us every Sunday at 2 p.m. for gentle stretching and core strengthening in a yoga practice that she calls "Sneaky Yoga." She explains that she likes to lead the practice in a way that is easy and the benefits of yoga will sneak up on you! All ability levels are welcome. There is no charge but we accept donations for Ruth.
Meditation Station Sometimes it is helpful to just have a moment of reflection. What better time than during worship. Each Sunday there is an opportunity to have a quiet moment of reflection, prayer or meditation during the distribution of Holy Communion. The Meditation Station is on the left side of the sanctuary. You can light a candle, leave a prayer, or just have a quiet moment.
St. Andrew Adult Forum Watch for opportunities throughout the year to Join Pastor Claire and lay leaders in a relaxed setting to learn together about a variety of spiritual topics. Adult Forum time is scheduled periodically, usually topic-specific, and takes place after the worship service at 10:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
Prayer Shawl Ministry All are welcome to enjoy fellowship time with crochet hooks and knitting needles. These shawls are given away to those in need of healing and prayer. Prayer Shawl gatherings are often twice a month on Sunday afternoons.
